Order Processing

 

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Standard processing time is 7-10 business days, This does not include Wholesale orders. During sales/promotions processing times may increase.

PRE-ORDER- I add certain pre-order items to the site after they are freshly made, however they all will have information under the product to explain the curing & shipping date for that particular item; normal processing time does not begin until the curing date has been reached. IF you are purchasing items that are subject to regular processing times , along with a pre-order, your order will NOT ship  until the pre-order item is ready . However, you can simply purchase the pre-order item separate  along with shipping and your regular items will be shipped as normal. 

 

Payment Terms

 

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards Square and Paypal. As soon as

you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law Mahogany Hair LLC  DBA as Mahogany Beauty lab reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.

 

Shipping

 

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. Shipping options and delivery time will be available at checkout. At this time there is no overnight shipping option. Orders will not be shipped if payment is not confirmed and cleared. Mahogany Hair LLC DBA Mahogany Beauty Lab reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order. Mahogany Hair LLC is not financially responsible for any delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics or extreme weather. If you notice any delays while tracking your package outside of the reasons mentioned above please contact the mail carrier for an update and inform us as well.

 

Exchange/Refund - Natural products 

Refunds and exchanges are not offered for any natural products, however if you were sent an incorrect item notify us and provide pictures . You will receive a shipping label to return the item and we will promptly mail out the correct item once the old item has been delivered back to us. The item you are sending back cannot be opened or used.

 

*We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items.

 

Replacements

 

If the customer is granted an exchange and the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value,

they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Mahogany Hair LLC DBA. Mahogany Beauty Lab will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer. If Mahogany hair LLC is unable to

duplicate or validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our

expense (via priority mail) without an exchange of product.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Mahogany Hair LLC  DBA Mahogany Beauty does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Mahogany Hair LLC will not

be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such

damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of

 

liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the

purchase of products, Mahogany Hair LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above

the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement.

under this agreement, Mahogany hair LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above

the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
